Tipping Policy: No tips are expected or accepted. The UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center, including Plateia restaurant, is a gratuity-free property. Team members are paid a fair wage and take pride in providing warm, attentive, personal service to each guest.

Fitness Facilities: The fitness center is located on the third level of the hotel.

Making Reservations

NCSP Scholars, Faculty & Staff
Each NCSP site’s program administrator will submit rooming lists for the UCLA Luskin Conference Center. Please do not make individual reservations. If you have any questions or concerns about your reservation, please contact your NCSP site administrator.

NCSP National Program Board
NCSP Central Administrative Director, Ivelys Figueroa, EdD, will make all arrangements at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center for Board members. Please do not make individual reservations. For more details, please email ivelys@pennmedicine.upenn.edu.

Invited Speakers
NCSP staff will coordinate directly with all invited speakers to make hotel arrangements at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center. For more details, please email UCLA Administrative Director Jennifer Serpas at JSerpas@mednet.ucla.edu.

NCSP and RWJF Clinical Scholars Alumni
The NCSP has arranged a hotel block for alumni at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center at a rate of $319/night ($275 base room rate, plus additional 16% occupancy fee). The group code is LG2411NCS2. Reservations for nights during the conference dates can be booked directly and must be guaranteed with a major credit card via the following link:

For alumni who may wish to extend their hotel stay, the group rate of $319 ($275, plus 16% local occupancy tax) will apply to early arrivals and late departures (by 3 days) based upon availability. Attendees must call 855-LCC-UCLA (522-8252) and provide the group code (LG2411NCS2) to secure this special rate on these dates.

All alumni hotel reservations must be made by October 7, 2024.
